Artist Alley!
Registration for Artist Alley is now closed. Thanks go to all who have registered.

Current Artists who have signed up, please read and understand the conditions completely.

1) Only artwork or stuff with your artwork on it can be sold. If you want to sell merchandise you need to consider purchasing a dealer table. If you wish to sell a mixture of your artwork and anime merchandise (including markers) let us know and we will work out a discounted price for a dealer’s table.

2) The hours for the Artist Alley will coincide with the Dealers’ Room hours. Some artists may actually be inside the Dealers’ Room and most will be in the hallway. If your table is in the hallway, you are welcome to remain at your table outside of the Dealers’ Room hours, but keep in mind that the tables may be moved to accommodate
lines for events. So, for the above reasons, you’re only guaranteed to have access to your table during Dealers’ Room hours.

3) Space is limited. Tables will be reserved on a first-paid first-served basis. If tables are sold out by the time you wish to reserve one, we will put you on a waiting list. As the convention nears we will know how many more tables we can squeeze in and will contact you to let you know when those are available.

4) **NEW** Due to new hotel regulations, no 18+ related material may be sold or displayed at your table. Do not keep in under, behind, or in the vicinity of your table, and do not promote it. If enough interest in selling such material is evident, we may designate a separate 18+ dealers’/artists’ room where ID can be checked at the door per hotel regulations. If you wish to participate is such a room, then please notify us. If there are enough dealers and artists to cover the cost of the room, then we will set one up.

5) No flyers or promotional material for anime clubs or other conventions may be displayed at your table. Flyers and promotional items can be displayed at the registration table following staff approval (we approve 95% of the time).

6) We reserve the right to revoke your table for violations of the above rules or any other actions we deem inappropriate. We’ve never had any problems and we don’t expect to have any because you’re a very well-mannered group, but just in case.
