Dealers' Room is open to the public during these hours...
Fri 12-7
Sat 10-7
Sun 10-2
Thursday night set up is available starting at 7pm and will be open as late as is needed. Friday morning setup will begin at 6am. If you would like to start earlier than that, please contact the above address. The dealers' room will be open to dealers 1 hour prior to opening. Dealers must be out of the ballrooms on Sunday by 5pm. Staff will be on hand to assist dealers in packing/moving. ***Please note that the dealers' room WILL open to the public on Friday at noon, so please allow yourself enough time for setup.*** |
