Artist Alley tables are $75 each and measure 6’x3’. AA tables do not include admission to the convention. Previously, tables were available on a first-paid first-served basis. Artist Alley sign up will work differently this year. This year tables will be available using a lottery system. You have until Saturday 3/20/2010 to enter the lottery. Returning artists will be entered into the lottery twice. Winners will be notified no later than 3/23/10. Winners will have until 3/27/10 to pay for their tables. After that time, tables will be released to the waiting list (non-winners will still be drawn and placed in order on the waiting list).

To enter, e-mail the artist alley department at colossalconaa[AT]yahoo.com and include the following information:
1) Your real full name
2) Studio/company name (optional)
3) E-mail address
4) Working phone number (because e-mails tend to get lost or go to spam folders)
5) Links to any deviant art accounts or websites featuring your products. If you do not have either, then please give us a good description on what you will be selling.

Please read and understand the following conditions completely.

1) Only your artwork is allowed. Fan art is allowed, but it must be your own art.

2) Limit 1 table per artist.

3) The hours for the Artist Alley will coincide with the Dealers’ Room hours. You are welcome to remain at your table outside of the Dealers’ Room hours, but keep in mind that the tables may be moved to accommodate lines for events. So, for the previous reason, you’re only guaranteed to have access to your table during Dealers’ Room hours. There is no Artist Alley on Thursday.

4) Please be discrete about selling any 18+ material. Ensure that it is not viewable by minors. You will need to check ID when making 18+ sales.

5) There is to be no selling or displaying of items promoting pedophilia.

6) No flyers or promotional material for anime clubs or other conventions may be displayed at your table. Flyers and promotional items can be displayed at the information booth upon staff approval (we havn’t disapproved one yet).

7) We reserve the right to revoke your table for violations of the above rules or any other actions we deem inappropriate. We’ve never had any problems and we don’t expect to have any because you’re a very well-mannered group, but just in case. Be courteous and respectful of those around you.
